UK mash is a brand new genre from the J Stone Records Locker. It is made up from using mixed acoustics samples and harmonies. With catchy Guitar riffs and uplifting samples layered with sub base and deep baselines uk mash definitely works with well suited beautiful vocal harmonies and well structured rap verses. This new genre uk mash is sure to turn heads and keep you moving all the way through to the end of each & every mash music banging anthem. Usually running on a 130 tempo it is the perfect timing for memorable hooks and punchy rap verses. However uk mash is very diverse and can be run on different tempos as long as the key elements of mixed acoustics samples and harmonies are kept in order. These are the key features that make this genre different but at the same time relevant to the current market.

uk mash is the brain child of Singer/songwriter Lynton Hall and UK rap artist Emphasist. These two creative lads conjured up uk mash while working on a new album in the magic carpet studio based in Watford Hertfordshire.  The connection of indie style music from Lynton and the urban flavour from Emphasist have melted perfectly together creating a new production experience. While creating uk mash, Lynton hall and Emphasist combined their love of music with associate artists Hafiza & Kay Doe to form the new brand “the current species” .

Choppy samples have been used in conjunction with angelic strings and electronic sounding synths to create different layers between chorus and verse. With the introduction of power Ballard singer Hafiza & Grime rapper Kay Doe into the mix uk mash has something for every listener to relate to. The current species will soon be on road for their new tour around London and believe me It’s an Experience not to be missed uk mash is among the new wave of genres currently being developed among underground artists and producers.
